Whenever I think of matching plaid outfits, I can’t help but think of that scene from How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. You know, the one where Andi comes into Ben’s office to surprise him with their new little dog (affectionately referred to as “Krull the Warrior King”). She and the dog are both wearing Burberry outfits, and she even brings something for Ben to wear so they all match. “Well congratulations, little plaid family!” It makes me laugh every time! Winter fun in plaid is a great look for any season. And the adorable outfits that Lauren and Gabriel are wearing couldn’t be any cuter!

Winter Fun in Plaid

This was (sadly) one of the last sessions I’ll be able to do for this sweet boy and his momma for a while. Lauren and her hubby Kyle (who’s awesome wedding you can see here) got stationed in South Carolina, so we won’t get to see them as much. Super cereal sad face!

But if living in a military town has taught me anything, it has helped me learn that it’s never goodbye, only see you later.

Lauren and Kyle, thank you for sharing your precious little family with me! I can’t wait to come down to visit you later this year and see how Gabriel has grown and flourished!
