Tropical Maternity Session | Annie

You would have thought we traveled to Hawaii for this tropical maternity session!

Annie and I got connected through Megan at The Annex Virginia Beach a year or so ago.

We are both photographers, and even though our styles are different, we hit it off immediately!

We’ve gotten the chance to trade headshot sessions a few times – which has been a BLAST!

When Annie first contacted me, she said that I made her feel so beautiful and confident in front of the camera, and she couldn’t imagine anyone else doing her pregnancy announcement photos!

Tropical Maternity Session

For this tropical maternity session, we headed over to London Bridge Greenhouse and Nursery.

At that time, Annie did not know what gender the baby was yet.

Annie and her husband have two girls already, and said that she just wanted a healthy baby.

Isn’t that what all of us mothers hope for?!

She did say that she had a feeling it was a boy – but who knew.

Right after we did this photoshoot, Annie headed out to San Diego, where she announced what they were having:

It’s a Boy!!!

Yay! I’m so happy that their little family is going to be complete with a new little nugget!
