This post reminds us to be happy for what we have! Latoya said that this session makes her thankful for family, and I couldn’t agree more! Seeing these three interact was so much fun. You can practically feel the joy jumping out at you from the photos! And Tre, that handsome little guy, he is going to be a heartbreaker!

Tell us About Your Family

My husband and I are both teachers – he teaches high school health/pe/drivers ed and I am an Elementary School Math specialist. Our little family is very active. We love being outdoors together whether it’s going to the park, beach, sporting event, festival, or just outside in the backyard! We enjoy hanging out at home in the yard playing baseball or cornhole, and grilling out.

Fun Facts

I have recently really gotten into home décor and have become obsessed with “making my house a home” which really means going overboard decorating for the holidays!

Don is very athletic! He was state champion in high school track and is currently his high school’s head golf coach and he also officiates high school football games on Friday nights. He also has AMAZING culinary skills!

Our five year old son, Tre, got his nickname because he is Donald, III. He also wanted to enter this world with a BANG as he decided he wanted to be born on Mommy and Daddy’s one year wedding anniversary.

Describe Your Perfect Saturday 

A perfect Saturday for us would consist of sleeping in, having coffee on the front porch. After that, we would hit up the local Farmer’s Market for some goodies, stop by Lowes’ to check out what they have for home and garden, and come home and do some sort of house project like working in the garden or yard work together as a family. We would probably grill out for dinner, and just spend the evening at home.

What do you like to do together?

We love the beach and hanging out at the pool! We would go to the beach every single day if we could! We also love traveling to Florida and spending time with Mickey and his all his pals.
