This Fort Monroe bridal session was such a beautiful way to kick off the wedding festivities!
With everything happening in the world (hello Coronavirus!) – wedding plans have been tentative at best.
Luckily, we got these photos done early this year and have all this gorgeousness to help get us through!
On the January day we chose to do photos, it was so windy!
Normally we like a little wind to help pick up the veil and create some magic, but that day was excessive.
At one point, Felicia had to hold the veil on her head so it wouldn’t fly away.
This is the stuff memories are made of!
Enjoy seeing all the gorgeousness of this bridal photoshoot and getting to know a bit more about Felicia.

Felicia’s Fort Monroe Bridal Session
Felicia’s mom had the hookup and we did photos at the Command General’s house on base at Fort Monroe.
(thanks Lisa!)
Choosing to follow a bit of tradition – Felicia had something old and something borrowed with the two sets of pearls she wore.
The earrings and smaller set is from her father’s mother (known as her Oma), and the longer set are her mother’s.
She is also wore the same (gorgeous) veil her mother wore when she got married!
