We’ve been experiencing warmer temperatures lately here in Virginia Beach, but Winter isn’t quite over yet and today it’s back to being super cold. I had to share this fall leaves session before we officially change seasons again – and this sweet family is so cute!

Fall Leaves Session

We all know that it’s hard to make time to get new photos done!

In the beginning, when our kids are small, we take them every month, or every few months to document each adorable phase of their lives. But as the kids get older (and start outnumbering the parents), getting photos taken falls lower and lower on the list of priorities. Because with all the things that take up our time in day to day life, getting new pictures done just isn’t as important as scheduling dentist appointments or making a grocery run.

Ruden family, thank you so much for trusting me to capture this special time in your lives. I know that there is always a lot going on, so the fact that you made time to come out and get new pictures taken is awesome! I hope that this season of your lives is amazing, and that you are able to get through it with love, patience, and the ability to find JOY in the circumstances (no matter what they might be). I can’t wait to welcome your hubby back from deployment, and know that it will be such an amazing time for y’all!
