This sunset beach family session for the Anfield’s was so much fun!
Ciara found me on Instagram, and reached out about doing some photos while her family was here on vacation.
They were travelling with her parents (yay for grandpa and grandma!), and we made up a merry little band on the beach.
Originally starting in Texas where they live, Virginia Beach was only one of the stops for this family.
They were making their way up the East Coast, stopping here at the Beach, then hitting Busch Gardens, and then heading to Maryland for a wedding.
It has all the makings for an epic summer trip!

Sunset Beach Family Session
One of the funniest parts about this photoshoot was when we were talking pictures with grandpa and the girls.
He may or may not have been smiling, and so we were trying to get him to smile for the photo.
Ciara’s husband said the word “Bacardi!”, and a huge grin broke out on his face.
Hey – I’m a fan of whatever works for people during the session.
But I’d venture to say that hearing the word Bacardi would make any of us smile!
