Commander in Chief – Kaycee
Kaycee J. McCoy, C.E.O. and Creative Director of Create/Captivate Digital Marketing, has over a decade of digital marketing, consulting and public speaking experience. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Business/Technology from Pittsburg State University (Pittsburg, KS! Not PA) and is straight out of the “school of YouTube” when it comes to marketing and design.
In addition to building a steadily growing business, Kaycee is an active volunteer in the Hampton Roads community. Recent years have seen her serve in a myriad of roles and capacities within Family Readiness Groups, COMPASS Norfolk, Troopster and an array of local as well as military organizations. Kaycee currently sits on the Board of Directors for local nonprofits Granted VA and the Ghent Business Association. Here she volunteers her time and services on multiple committees.
During down time, you’ll likely find Kaycee adventuring across the country with her husband on a motorcycle, exploring the newest brewery, or glitter-fying a project in her craft room.

Second in Command – Cara
Cara Alexander has been crushing her role as the Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer at C/C since August 2018. She is an ADDY award-winning graphic designer with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Georgia Southern University.
On off days, when Cara isn’t churning out gorgeous graphics and social media posts for clients, she is likely to be seen at the gym with her husband Austin, walking their dog or exploring the Hampton Roads community.
