The Regent University bridal session we did for Natalie was so gorgeous!
If I’m being honest, we had a bit of a stressful start to the session.
We planned her bridal portraits to take place in the late afternoon, so we would have soft, gorgeous light in the pictures.
But Natalie was coming from Hampton to Virginia Beach…
And anyone who’s ever tried to get through the HRBT tunnel on a Friday afternoon, knows exactly how this story goes!

Regent University Bridal Session
Unfortunately, tunnel traffic was the worst, and Natalie got stuck in Hampton.
However, she had already gotten her hair done for the session, so we were all determined to move forward and make the session happen.
Fast forward a few hours, and Natalie finally made it to the session location (yay!).
She changed into her dress and we literally had about 15 minutes until sunset…
No pressure.
I’m happy to report that we totally killed it during the session!
We were definitely racing the light and trying to capture everything before the sun set.
But I think that it gave the photos a different look and in the end, I am so happy with how everything turned out.
