These 31 social media prompts are a good starting point.
Pick one (or two, or ten) and share from the heart with your audience.
Share your story in a way that others can connect with.
Write like you talk. Use words and sayings you would use when hanging out with a friend over coffee.
Here are some examples:
29. You can usually find me rooting for (insert appropriate sports team)
If I’m being honest, I don’t really have team I root for (shameful, I know).
But my handsome hubby loves the Washington Redskins, so they’re the team I’ve adopted as my own.
Plus, it doesn’t hurt to show a little home-team pride!
What is your favorite football team?
4. What I would tell my 5th grade self
Life is too short to be serious all the time.
That’s a personal mantra, and something I wish I could go back and realize sooner.
(because, for real, it’s all small stuff)
What is something you wish you could have told your younger self?
.
So you can see, I’ve shared something personal (to give my audience something to connect with), and then given them a call to action (asking them to comment with a shared experience/opinion).
What is something you’ve shared that has worked in your business?
